Es importante fijar con la mirada el objetivo para un buen desarrollo de la técnica, pues podemos visualizar la técnica y la altura de la misma.
Se recomienda antes de cualquier movimiento que requieren ese tipo de aptitudes físicas y mentales calentar con un acondicionamiento neuro-muscular, lo que denominamos como calentamiento.
