Great shot Robert! Also interesting settings - I've never done wildlife photography but I guess you raised the ISO that high to have a high Shutter Speed to avoid any movements, right? :D

Yes that's correct. You need to high very high shutter speed with wildlife if you want to freeze their movement. High ISO is not something to be afraid of with a full frame camera.
