Me considero amante del teatro más que como espectadora, desde el lente de la cámara, lo que logro percibir desde allí es algo que siempre digo me cuesta explicar con palabras, para mí se produce una especie de mix entre palabra e imagen y se forma un poema visual en cada click de alguna escena de teatro.

En esta oportunidad les compartiré una experiencia que tuve con una agrupación de teatro que me contactó para que yo le realizara el registro fotográfico de una obra que estaban por estrenar y serían dos funciones. Yo al enterarme de que me eligieron para ese trabajo me emocioné muchísimo y decidí que fuera una gran experiencia.

When I found out that I was chosen for this job I was very excited and decided to make it a great experience.
Como todo proyecto fotográfico lo ideal es asumirlo con toda la formalidad posible, en lo personal me involucro con todos los procesos, me dediqué a leer el guión de la obra, conocer a los actores y hasta asistí a un par de ensayos de manera de poder tomar la mayor cantidad de información que me ayuda a crear una fotografía ajustada a lo que la obra busca transmitir.
Like any photographic project, the ideal is to assume it as formally as possible, personally I get involved with all the processes, I dedicated myself to read the script of the play, meet the actors and even attended a couple of rehearsals so I could take as much information that helps me to create a photograph adjusted to what the play seeks to convey.

It is a great challenge, but I think that the adrenaline of the demand, of seeking to find the essence of each character and capture it in a photo is something that I would live as many times as necessary.
