Taking photos of little creatures is great fun. This time, I photographed a small red ant perched on a small branch. This branch grows wild in the forest. Its height is only as far as the human knee.
I don't know what the red ants are doing on the branch. He seemed to stand for a while at the end of the branch, then down and up again to the branch.
I had a bit of a hard time taking photos of the red ants. It is very small. I had to point the camera as close as I could, until it almost touched the trunk of the branch that made the branch sway. This will make it difficult for me to focus on the red ants.
It takes several photos to get the right composition, and even then it takes work that is not easy when dealing with small objects. But the results always look great and fun.
