Another regular player off from the match for 2-3 , Kristi Toliver for her left pinkie finger recover. LA SPARK has already lost

  1. Jasmine Walker for entire season due to anterior cruciate ligament tearing
  2. Nekaogumike for this summer due to knee sprain
  3. Chinenny Joyke for this summer because knee pain.

From complete six-games , SPARK lost 5 of their games and rank last for Western Conference WBNA this season.

The pain of injury during the Sparks season continues. Veteran guard Christie Triver will not be able to return to the court for a couple of weeks after losing her left little finger in Connecticut on August 26th. Sparks has four regular season matches remaining, with the final match scheduled for September 19th in Dallas.

Three-time All-Star Toliver also missed six games to enter the Olympic break due to an eye injury. In 19 games this season, the 34-year-old guard averaged 9.4 points and 2.8 assists per game.

LA also lost the 7th place Jasmine Walker in the entire season due to the anterior cruciate ligament tearing, and this summer also missed Nekaogumike (knee sprain) and Chinenny Joyke (knee pain) with considerable stretching.

Sparks lost the last five games of the just-completed six-game road trip as Toliver and Chinese Ogwumike left, but it’s half the game from the playoffs and four regular season games, including the last regular. Remains-Seasonal home game at Staples Center against Connecticut Sun and Seattle Storm on September 9th and 12th, respectively.

Such a terrible one from la spark with their veteran player injured. She appeared to have suffered a broken pinkie which could see sit out on the sidelines for two to three weeks. Hope she recovers quickly and that the team are able to do okay in their next games in a week time.
