I don't know if I would actually call them "Fake Plays" per se because usually sets are referred to as plays and I thought I was going to get an interesting Xs and Os video! You could make the case that a backdoor cut is a fake-out too (based on your definition) and those are some of the dynamic plays to watch as they can set up a lot of action on the floor.
Fake plays (sets) actually do exist, it's called False Motion. False Motion is used to make defenders move or set them up for the actual set that is to come because they often get themselves set defensively in a way that is not necessarily advantageous for the offense.
