The late 1980s marked a turning point in which his creative passion and insistence on impact reached a peak of stylistic tension in spaces where the lines were blurred. At the time, there was a sense of abandoning the hermetic silos that had developed in favor of the less dark, less commercial electronic side of the music. The rapid growth of electro in the United States in the early 2000s is not new, but it was the foundation of two genres that found ways to refine the individuality of the style.
Although both dance music and hip-hop share a common source for this style, their subsequent evolution has been fundamentally different. However, an attempt was made to unite them, or at least expand the aesthetic and musical aspects a little. If this intention had to have a name, it would be Snap! That's how it was then. break! However, they decided to approach the project in a different way and include a much more prominent vocalist, allowing them to explore the singer-rapper duo covering songs from the 90s, Eurobeat, Eurodance and more. Since the beginning of the decade, other projects such as 2 Brothers On The 4th Floor or 2 Unlimited have been discussed. But although we were still at the dawn of the 80s, bridges were beginning to be built between scenes that had until then been quite distant.
