My 43rd day as an aspiring musician in the game Rising Star is over.
I am now less than 2000 XP away from level 50. Feels good. 😎
I expect to clear the first major hurdle on my way to the Band Auditions and thus level 75 later today with the help of Basic Singing Lessons.
Once that's done, I'll spend at least a full day, maybe longer, at the Summer Solstice Festival, rewarding myself for the work I've done up to this point:
Maybe I'll be lucky enough to win again one of the Special Instruments cards.
And speaking of luck:
Today I actually found a drumbody1 and a set of goldrims at the Drum Fairs. So the golden instrument parts do really exist!
This expands my options for the production of Crafted Drums considerably and I'm curious if I'll be able to produce all instruments myself:
By the way, I won't be assembling the instrument parts for a while yet. It would be a pity if a trade would not take place only because the parts that could give a potential buyer the Crafted Instrument card he is looking for or desires have already been used in another product that is not interesting for him at all.
So for now I continue to collect and wait patiently until options open up. I suspect that for now, this is the most sensible way to proceed with these sometimes very expensive instrument parts.
Sit, drink some tea and wait until something interesting happens.
By the way, today I upvoted a post by @risingstargame with VIBES for the first time at MusicForLife.io.
I'm not that familiar with the whole Hive ecosystem yet, but I can imagine that the value of an upvote I give with my MusicForLife.io account and my VIBES staked there will bring in authors more than if I upvote their posts with my normal Hive upvotes.
0.12 VIBES for an upvote is not really worth talking about at the moment, but it's still significantly more than the value of one of my upvotes with the hive token and maybe it will raise faster if I continue to stake all the VIBES that I get for my posts.
I'm going to take some time in the meantime, while the countdowns for my Rising Star missions are going on, to look into this a bit more so that we can possibly all benefit a bit.
The idea of adding additional value to posts and comments with second layer tokens seems very intriguing and interesting to me.
With the VIBES, I would have a second option to hand out something worthwile for everyone besides BEER.
How do you think about it?

What is the situation with Rising Star and you?
Do you play the game as well and if so, which game strategies do you prefer and why, if you have any.
I'm pretty sure that every player collects his own personal experiences in Rising Star, which are not or hardly comparable with the experiences and adventures of other players.
For example, I started with Basic Singing Lessons because I got a larger number of Microphone cards relatively quickly and thus the Basic Singing Lessons with their Skill Rewards paid off right from the start.
But if the Microphone cards had not been available for purchase at a reasonable price in the market, my own story in Rising Star would probably have been different.
Currently, however, Microphone cards are rather rare and not quite as cheap as they were when I started my Basic Singing Lessons, so I would guess that players who have just started playing Rising Star now face the challenge of dealing with this problem:
