All talk and no game.
This fits my profile. I somehow got fans without the talent / skills. No, No, I am not talking about a certain (inuke whispered something in the ear). Ok, I am not making that joke. Let's talk about my gameplay here. I have been grinding for weeks now, and my stats are not looking good. I had to keep my ego in check as it was eating away my earnings. And by earning I am talking about Starbits tokens (Again as a general message, this is a game for enjoyment and fun. And please treat it as such. It is not a play-and-get-rich game. I hope @raisingstar won't mind me saying that.) Anyway, The ego has brought down my mission reward to such a low point that I started seeing the impact on my earnings.
And that is when I decided to learn some skills, can you imagine a guy with no talent picking up a guitar and pretending to be a rockstar? (I was that guy during my college. But now I know better) And learning skills through a mission is a tough job, I mean you have to practice for hours and hours to be good at things. I am not made for tough jobs, and that's why I bought a bunch of packs hoping that I will be getting some stuff that will boost my skills.
But I guess the game developer has tried to bring a reality factor into the game. And even though I got some good cards, my skill stat sucked. Just like how buying expensive doesn't automatically make you a better singer, having cards doesn't boost skills. What it boosted though was my fan base. I have now 8540 Fans. (Oh!! How I wish they were real) and my skill is at 5706. Now I know how (inuke whispered something in the ears again)... Wow!! I am trying so hard not to make that joke about how a certain pop star is famous with some rubbish singing talent. While nothing can be done about the egos of that PopStar. I am trying to do as many Music Lessons to grind up Skills to match the fan count. I know this is going to take some time but that's ok. I have a whole year ahead of me.
Now you all must be wondering, is my avatar still without Pants? The answer is Big, Yes, this guy is going to be a No-pants-man for the rest of the game. I am forced to wear clothes by society, that's enough. My avatar is going to be free. LoL!!! I am planning to buy in some stuff for the avatar once the StarDust count hits 500. Currently its around 230 something. There is some stuff in the game store that has caught my eye. So Let's wait and see.
And this mic is the best from the lot. With luck +200, I guess I do have some Luck behind mw after all.

I am planning on writing daily but am struggling this post was half written some time back and like this, I have so many posts that are in draft. I am wondering if some else is facing similar issues or its just my crazy brain and schedule that's messed up.
