In my previous post, I talked about my start in Rising Star, the game that allows you to become a music star by collecting cards. As I mentioned, the game is completely free, and no investment is required to start playing.
But... once you start understanding the game, you'll want to get more and more cards XD.
So on my second day of playing, I decided to buy a few packs. Each pack brings 3 cards and costs 10,000 starbits, but for 100k starbits, you get 12 packs, which means 6 extra cards for the same price, and... it all adds up!
At the current price, I spent about 0.5 hive for every 100k starbits, buying 20 packs for a total of 10 hives. And the investment really paid off; I got a total of 720 cards and went from earning 15 starbits for every 5-minute mission to earning ten times more.
But of course, the itch keeps itching, and you want more cards. However, by my third day, I wasn't as lost, and I decided to boost my IM to earn more per mission. So, I went to Hive Engine to get another half a million starbits, about 2.5 hives, and bought cards that add IM, positively impacting the starbits capture rate per mission.
And then... the EGO appeared—not mine, but my artist's! And the ego started affecting the starbits capture rate, which I didn't like. So, it was time to buy more cards to remedy this new game situation. I added another million to the game, around 5 hives.
And today, on my fifth day of playing, I added another 300k starbits, which is 1.5 hives. Leaving my account at this precise moment with an investment of 19 hives and the parameters you can see in the following image.
With all this, on the fourth day, I generated about 14,000 starbits and rose from 2500 in the ranking on the first day to 797 after the fourth day played. So, I consider that the investment has been very relevant in advancing rapidly in the game.
But a word of caution, if you expect an immediate return from this game, spend your time on something else. Getting a significant ROI from your investment in the game will take time. So, start playing if you enjoy collecting cards and aim to become a star by amassing cards!
