Hola a todos, volvemos a la carga con esta gran noticia, como venimos contando, en Buskeria hay muchos cocineros expertos, cada uno de ellos maravilloso en su propia forma.

Esta semana hemos conocido a un cocinero que es increíble pero simple "Qué Plato" es la frase más conocida cada vez que prepara un plato espectacular, la pongo en inglés, para que la gente que habla inglés no tenga ventaja "What a Dish". ¿Puedes adivinar quién es?

Siendo nosotros de Venezuela, esta vez le enseñamos al cocinero misterioso cómo se hacen las Mandocas.

Ingredientes:

1. Masa de arepa (Harina de maíz precocida)
2. Plátano muy maduro o panela
3. y hacer la forma especial que representan a las Mandocas

Pasos:

1. Hacemos la masa normal de harina de maíz, como si fuéramos a hacer arepas. pero le metemos el plátano maduro o la panela. Mezclamos bien bien.
2. Hacemos la forma de la mandoca y metemos a freír, a hornear o en el Air Frier, os van a quedar ricas ricas donde sea.
3. Si ponéis plátano maduro, estaría bien poner una pizca del azúcar que uséis, miel, agave, azúcar normal blanca o morena, etc. Para que estén más dulces.

Nota curiosa: Leí por ahí que la imagen que representa el mundial este año, está inspirada en la forma de una mandoca, crees que es así? Cuéntame tu opinión...
