in Rising Star Game4 days ago

Good afternoon to all my friends. Nice Thursday to be back with you all here, right? Yesterday I shared with you a story I made about a card from the game. Well, today, as those of you who follow me here for a while will know, it's the day I return to my well-known card recommendation. Today there are very good cards and at low prices, so if you want to know them, keep reading. In addition to that, I also want to recommend a song that is very beautiful, I assure you that you will like it too. So let's start so you can see both things.

Well, as always, we start first with the song I want to recommend to you today. You see, today's song belongs to one of my favorite genres right now, I'm referring to pop fused with opera. I already love opera, so if it fuses, it's perfect. In addition to that, the song is very well known for being made by one of the best singers of this genre today. I'm referring to the song Sogno by the singer Andrea Bocelli. I'm sure that at least if you haven't heard it directly on your devices, at least indirectly you must have heard it somewhere. You see, this is a classic song that he released in 1999, on the album that is called the same as the song. As I just told you, it is a fusion of pop and opera that is characteristic of Andrea's songs.

In fact, I have previously shared other songs by Andrea on my blog, but this one was still pending. In my opinion, it is one of his best songs. Although my favorite song from their entire catalog is Melodrama, which I did write a post about not long ago. However, this song is not far behind, if I have to classify them as favorites, Melodrama would be the first and Sogno the second. Both have an almost identical style and if you have already heard one and liked it, I am sure that you will like this other one too.

Outside of that, I first want us to think about what Sogno means. The word for those who don't speak Italian, like most of us😅, means "dream." Now I'll tell you right away that it refers, as the name itself says, to that guy who seems to blend in with reality. I don't know if you understand what I mean. I'll give you a simple example, it's like when you want or desire to have something that is difficult to achieve. And then you imagine yourself reaching that thing you want. So in that sense it's like a dream in reality. Well, that's one of the approaches that can be given to the song. In addition to that meaning, I think that the one that people connect with the most is the literal memories that Andrea talks about in the lyrics.

I would say that seeing it that way, it's about how memories or dreams, whatever you want to call them, cannot replace reality, but they do have an important place in our lives. I tell you this because as the song says, they allow us to connect with what we have loved, what we will love or desire. It's similar to what I was saying before. I find this interesting, yes because it could be a reminder that those happy moments are not eternal. And maybe that's what makes them so valuable. And in the case of dreams because they are the ones that keep us motivated. I know that this may sound confusing or contradictory, but the song wants to give like 2 messages at the same time. This reminds me of the Dark series. 😂

The teaching of the lyrics in the literal sense would be that it tells us to accept that life is made of meetings and farewells, that is, moments that come and go. That's why dreams and memories are partly substitutes for the real, and they have their own value that we must appreciate. Besides that, I think that Andrea tells us that it's okay to find comfort in what was, as long as you don't get lost in it. Because, in the end, living in a dream can be tempting, but it can take us away from what we still have to live. Now, in terms of a dream that you want to achieve in the future, things do change a bit because you can see it as a goal to keep fighting for. But make sure it is a realistic dream.

Outside the context of the song, I think Sogno teaches us something more universal, namely the importance of creating moments worth remembering. I say this because we now live in a world where everything goes so fast that sometimes we forget to stop and appreciate what we have or what we lost, even though it hurts in a certain way to say it. Perhaps this dream that Bocelli talks about is also a call to be more aware of what we are building now, because it will be what we will take with us when the present becomes the past. The truth is this keeps reminding me of the series Dark.

Well, friends, I'll leave you the video below so you can watch it. Then you can tell me in the comments how you interpret it or what opinions you have about it. I'll be reading them. By the way, don't forget that after the video I'll leave you the recommendation of letters.
