For the beginner, the mission part is not so difficult to understand. Now I am going to think about the Card collection! (looks so stupid...)
The first thing is based on limited resource; we have to spend it wisely.
The first problem to be encountered would be the number of fans! As the drunk one will disappear very soon. I need more to move on. The effective way would be the fans boost!

Let me do some simple calculation.
For fan boost there are 1,5,10,50,100.
Make it easy for comparison. Let me do a table for that.
It is obvious that a higher fan boost would have a better price benefit.
But the effect decrease from Fan boosts 10. It cost 450/fan, and fan boost 50 would have 411.8/fan. It is reasonable to buy a boost 10 if you can afford rather than use the boost 5.
So that would be my first wanted list item!
