Life Changing Encounter
Danny lost his hearing after being randomly hit by a person outside of a pub.
The encounter left him with a fractured skull and a total loss of his hearing.
After 24 years of natural hearing, I know what I am missing. To me it is a love/hate relationship
Rather than becoming dependent upon welfare support, Danny, took the brave steps to overcome this life challenge.
Danny was determined to continue on with his career.
Getting back into the Role
A new employer was willing to adapt the work process, and equipment, to accommodate Danny's bionic ears.
Danny is able to adjust his hearing to minimise the helicopter noise and to patch in to the cockpit.
As an air crewman, Danny uses a mini mic with a wirelessly to the implant, processing the signal of the communication inside the helicopter.
Mandates
After all of the tribulations that Danny went through, he did not want to have the Covid injections.
The, initial reservation, was that it was a bit strange to have a medical procedure forced upon us.
Notwithstanding, the early days of the, "Covid regime", that didn't sit well with Danny.
There were many unanswered questions about saftey, and efficacy.
It seemed impossible that there would be enforceable directives.
The principles of Informed Consent, Human Rights, Nuremberg Code, and the Helsinki Declaration, were thought to be a historical reminder that, enforcing medical procedures, never ends well.
We were wrong. Many Australians thought we had these protections in place
Suddenly, Danny found himself without his dream job.
FairWork, the body that listens to Employment issues, were not impartial to the case, insisting, that Danny should get the injection and return to his job.
16.5 years of training has been put to the side over an injection that is, not safe, not effective, and not fit for purpose.

Thx mate!
Moving story. Amazing to hear of his experience at the Fair Work Commission. Going to relisten to that part again because it sounded very different to my experience going through the same thing.
It is.
A friend of mine was going to take him employer to Fairwork.
The employer hired a lawyer and basically said that they would pursue him for costs if he lost.
He opted to close the Fairwork hearing as he had too much to lose. He also saw how it was currently impossible to get a "Fair" hearing.
Now, he works for a company that appreciates the work he does, pays him more than his old job, pays him for any out-of-scope work he does for them, and he gets a 3 day weekend.
😀
Sad times for many of us not willing to get jabbed.
Also an Awakening! I would never have met any of these people in my previous life.
I would not have known this version of myself.
Maybe, our angst, is due to us feeling anxious and uncertain about our future.
"Courage is the cure"!
