HANDMADE CEDAR MILK FOR HEALTH AND POWER💚

I often make plant "milk" for my son and me, and cedar milk is one of the most tasty and healthy for our health.

I discovered cedar milk some years ago when I studied healthy lifestyle and healthy food. I was surprised how useful this drink is!
And what impressed me the most was the fact that cedar milk is so healthy and powerful that even newborns are fed with it if Moms have some problems with breastfeeding.💚

Pine nut proteins are 95% absorbed by the human body and are superior in amino acid composition and nutritional value to the proteins of most cereals and legumes, as well as most proteins of animal origin.

The high biological value of cedar milk proteins is mainly due to the balance and uniqueness of their amino acid composition. The composition of cedar milk proteins includes 19 amino acids, of which 70% are essential.

The protein composition of cedar milk is especially distinguished by a high content of amino acids arginine, lysine, methionine, tryptophan:

🎇They play a key role in most vital biochemical processes
🎇Contribute to the proper development and functioning of the muscular, nervous, cardiovascular, digestive, endocrine and reproductive systems
🎇Indispensable for the proper development and regeneration of bone and connective tissues
🎇They help strengthen the immune system, etc.
🎇The composition of cedar milk is also distinguished by a high content of valuable B vitamins (B1, B2, B3), vitamins E and A.

Cedar milk is also an excellent source of macro- and microelements necessary for the human body (phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, silicon, iron, calcium, manganese, zinc, copper, molybdenum, vanadium, iodine, boron, nickel, etc).

So, for example, 40 g of cedar milk contains the daily intake of magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper and cobalt.

Cedar milk is distinguished by a high content of phosphorus (in terms of its amount, pine nuts are superior to oilseeds, and most types of nuts).

Manganese contained in cedar milk is necessary for the synthesis of hormones and the formation of cartilage tissue.

Cedar milk contains a high concentration of iron.

Cedar milk, like cedar oil, differs from most natural products in its high content of iodine, a microelement necessary for the normal functioning of the thyroid gland. The daily human need for iodine, which is 0.1-0.2 mg, is contained in 100 g of cedar milk.

SO HOW TO MAKE THIS SUPER DRINK?

Very easy!

I take:

  • pine nuts - 200g
  • water - 200-300g

At first pine nuts should be soaked for 12 hours in water. Then we need to blend it with clean water, proportion 1:1 or 1,5 depends on your taste.

You can add some honey or syrups if you like sweet drinks, but actually it's very tasty even in its natural variant.

Ready!
And don't heat this "milk" because high temp will "kill" all necessary ingredients.

And btw, I have a 80g pine nuts, almost to expiration date. Ups. They've been in the kitchen cabinet for too long. We use to add them in salads. But ever since I've seen your post a couple of days ago, I put the seeds on the counter, to see them 😁😆. They're waiting to be milk and be part of a raspberry smoothie. ❤️
Thank you for sharing this precious nutritional data here, I 've known some facts about pine nuts, but not so many. I'm happy I've read and learn more about it.
