When I saw the recipe
by @viking-ventures for sloppy joe, I thought this was easy enough to make. I did make some adjustments to the recipe though to fit to my preference.
For instance I used fake meat. For some reason ever since the CCP virus apocalypse (link for petition to rename this corona virus), much of the regular meat is sold out while the fake meat is put on offer.
I added a pack of tomato pasata and a drained can of corn. I wanted to add roasted onions but it turns out I ran out and I forgot to buy new. I didn't want it to be just meat. At first I wanted to add kidney beans to it, but bean meat with beans seems a bit strange (I forgot to buy anyway). So I added corn instead.
I suppose unlike the original recipe I used a few more spices. Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Basilikum and Oregano.
I added some cheese as well. I love cheese. I guess my dish is only vegetarian but not vegan. Luckily the wall is washable.
I also like to eat spicy. Its difficult to find in Europe ingredients that can make food spicy. If you buy something that is "very hot", you sometimes don't even taste any spiciness. I used Tabasco sauce and Sriracha, but I suppose if you have you could also add Boncabe.
Cut baguette in regular size, and through the middle.
Done
Have a nice corona christmass with some of your family at home. Stay home and don't see people. The more serious we take this lock down collectively the sooner we can have a normal life again. We are all the chain of the lock down against corona-chan, so dont be the weakest link in this epidemic.

The end of the whole meal looks like beans. Over here beans and bread goes a long way!

There are many types of dishes I've seen...this one is very interesting.
Just imagining:
Preparing this on a very special night, for that very special person. Making it seem like a surprise or telling her about this dish and make her curious about it. Then you prepare it on a special night on honey moon
