Mom cooked a traditional romanian cheese pie me and I captured the process :)
From what I understand the dough is similar to bread dough and you just add some cheese and then you fry them. I loved these when I was a child.

Oh my goodness... My mouth is watering, just by looking at it 😋. This reminds me of a local delicacy here, a modification on the traditional Naan bread... Naan Cheese. It's a whole lot doughy-ier, and puffy, with tasty goodness when complimented with some curry, or chatny.

I love it, though I usually make the mistake of getting more than I need. It might seem small-ish, but it gets pretty filling, very quickly!
