Missouri State is pushing forward with medical cannabis legalization.

Medical cannabis is not yet available for sale in Missouri, but more than a thousand people have already signed up at local clinics for licenses to legally consume medical cannabis. With proof of an existing medical condition that a prescription is already being taken for that can be substituted with cannabis can qualify for a license with a $150 fee. It might be months before medical cannabis is available, only Missouri grown cannabis can be sold at the medical cannabis dispensaries.

More than 1100 companies applied in Missouri to be licensed to sell medical cannabis, this past Thursday they announced the 192 companies that were approved - more additions may be made as late as Monday (2/27/2020).
