Well check your humidity. And yes you dilute the milk. Look it up.
A grower is judged by the ability to overcome the entire set of issues. So this is easy.

Thats rough, its a nice looking plant besides the mildew, how is the airflow in the tent? that corner looks a bit cramped. Might not solve the problem but might help prevent it in the future.
