Actually i used that clearing solution in last resort. To save the large amount lf water, reduce the input of fertilizer 3 weeks before haverst, coming to no fertilizer in the last 2 weeks. If your fan leaves turn yellow like on the pics the plants used all the remain of nutrient stored in the soil/root system. Add organic molasse during the last 2 weeks will help give your plant the energy she needs to maximize blooming. So no need of heavy watering or clearing solution at all.
