Besan Laddoo
This is one of those foods that I've never had in any form before so I am not sure if I am making them accurately when I do make them, but they do taste good when I do.
Ingredients List :
- ¾ cup cannaghee
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- ½ cup butter
- ½ tsp cardamom seeds
- ¼ cup mixture of hemp seeds and cantaloupe seeds
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1½ cup milk/cannamilk, depending on potency preference
I'm not sure if you can get the right texture if you substitute the ghee but you can try. I think its worth a shot, if not you just get an almost canna laddoo with a vegan twist.
