Very nice! I do my agar the same. Potato dextrose in condiment cups. But I'm lucky to have a flowhood nowdays, no more SAB. Also I like to let mine cool a bit more, I like to pour between 130-140 because I find that lower pouring temp helps reduce condensation in the cups.
