Thanks the drink is actually a syrup. That's glazed over the jello and biscuits to bind. It's amarulla cream - wipped and caramelized with a hint of mint. :)) but easily sipped about too. It's a very decadent dessert. I'm still in a food coma a few hours later 🤣
