Heheh, yeah, I think that's about the only real upside. We can carry (a little) bud and not get (too badly) harassed by cops! That's the carrot they dangle to get us to accept the rest of the garbage that is "legalization". It appeals to a lot of cannabis lovers... the whole "we will stop messing with you for carrying a couple joints" thing.
