What I've come to learn about cannabis cultivation is that patience pays off.
An extra week or two of maturation can make a huge difference in the final product.
I think many growers harvest a bit too early.
At the microscopic level there are ways to tell, like with the THC trichomes changing from milky color to amber color but this is hard to see with the naked eye. I look for more obvious signs, like the bud changing to a purplish color and the white pistils turning brown.
I think I have less than a week to go but I'm taking it one day at a time. At this stage it could be any day now, and the plants won't necessarily all be harvested at once.
