The thirteenth amendment didn't end slavery. It simply centralized it. Instead of anyone being able to own slaves, the government instead arrests people and puts them to work in prisons. They like to put non-violent offenders in the prisons because they make better slaves than scrapping people with anger and violence issues.

Money and narcotics are centralized. Well maybe you can sell your own drugs you produce at home? Can you manufacture drugs and sell them? Is that legal? I'm asking. As for money, fiat comes from one source in each country.
