It seems extremely likely that it will pass here in MD but I would still recommend casting your vote. We are lagging behind DC and VA currently after having Medical Marijuana first.

I was a part of the Washington State legalization effort. The first year it was complete scam and the second year it was even worse.
We actually worked really hard on trying to get a better law rather than the first limited one that we are still under...
Hopefully you guys have a really good law and have an amazing time changing the legality of a very important medicinal plant.
Thank you so much for the trailblazing you all did out West, none of this would have been possible without so many solid people putting in hard work. Hopefully, there will be opportunities to modify laws once everything goes federal. I am hoping they do a good job here in MD on the laws, I'll follow closely to share updates!

Still absolutely ridiculous that a flower that has been part of healing and relaxing for centuries is illegal.
I don't vote but I would consider it just for this issue if it was in a state I lived.

Thank you for the warm welcome 😃 I have been smoking here in Maryland for the last 20+ years and I am still awed that is it finally becoming legal. Honestly, I was really surprised VA did it before MD. Our current governor is a good guy but he was always really against weed for some reason
