I didn't know what that stood for because our cops are pretty good here. The one that was off duty was partying and wearing a shirt that says NOT A COP. We only have three here so that might be why they seem more human.

When I lived in Ontario, there was a much heavier police presence and it was generally frowned upon but it's different as you move west. You might get busted for speeding through the school zones but for the most part they only come when called. I remember trucking in the US a lot and it was way crazier there. Mostly just around cities though.
