🍌 super torta di banane & caramello 🎂 🍰

Ciao ragazzi, provate questa ricetta che è veramente ottima per la vostra colazione.

Dosi per una torta diametro 24

Inizia tagliando delle banane ( circa 2/3 ) e disponile sul fondo della tortiera coperto con un foglio di carta forno e dello staccante ai lati.

Caramello

150g zucchero
30g burro
3g sale
90g panna

Inizia scaldando lo zucchero in pentola, quando inizia ad avere una colorazione bionda aggiungi il burro ed il sale e mescola continuamente.
Quando sarà completamente sciolto aggiungi la panna ( scaldata precedentemente ) altrimenti lo zucchero diventa duro e si compatta subito.
Continua a mescolare finché non è omogeneo e versalo sulle banane.

Impasto

200g banane
200g zucchero di canna
130g burro
3 uova
210g farina
10g lievito per dolci
70g noci pecan
50g gocce di cioccolato

Inizia mescolando lo zucchero con le banane ( meglio un po’ mature ) puoi farlo anche in una ciotola, io l’ho fatto in planetaria.
Aggiungi il burro morbido e continua a mescolare, aggiungi le uova, una per volta, ed una volta assorbite bene all impasto aggiungi la farina setacciata con il lievito.
Aggiungi le noci pecan e le gocce di cioccolato, versa tutto nella tortiera ed inforna a 165C per 40/50 min circa. Prova con lo stuzzicadenti che non sbagli mai.

Doses for a 24 diameter cake

Start by cutting some bananas (about 2/3) and place them on the bottom of the cake pan covered with a sheet of baking paper and some separating agent on the sides.

Caramel

150g sugar
30g butter
3g salt
90g cream

Start by heating the sugar in a pan, when it starts to turn blonde, add the butter and salt and mix continuously.
When it is completely melted, add the cream (previously heated) otherwise the sugar becomes hard and compacts immediately.
Continue mixing until smooth and pour over the bananas.

Dough

200g bananas
200g cane sugar
130g butter
3 eggs
210g flour
10g baking powder
70g pecans
50g chocolate chips

Start by mixing the sugar with the bananas (preferably a little ripe) you can also do it in a bowl, I did it in a planetary mixer.
Add the soft butter and continue mixing, add the eggs, one at a time, and once they are well absorbed into the dough, add the flour sifted with the baking powder.
Add the pecans and chocolate chips, pour everything into the cake tin and bake at 165C for approximately 40/50 minutes. Test with the toothpick that you never fail.
