There is something about music in the 90s that just draws you into the song and teleports your soul away for a second. Oftentimes with 90s songs, you just don't listen to enjoy but you and the songs sync and then you find yourself being one with the music. Is it the lyrics? Or the beat? I can't quite place it but everything about songs in the 90s are just relaxing and soothing.

You know, I have always opined that good music is rarely sung these days and artists do not put in the effort to make good music anymore. Personally, I love listening to blues or any slow song because it calms me and then when we compare the songs of the 90s and now, we'd understand that gradually we are losing good music to time. Basically, when listening to most of the songs sung today, it just seemed like one is listening to noise and instruments. For me, I can't really get anything meaningful from most of the lyrics of today and then talking about some of the videos?? Plain disturbing.

Again, when we talk about music being food for the soul, we are often referring to music from the 90s. These are evergreen songs that never get old or go out of style. In Fact, it doesn't matter how old you are or how young, but the moment such songs come up, it just blends with your soul leaving you with nostalgia and the feeling of home.

Really, there is no comparison between music from the 90s and now because, what we have going on in the music industry at the moment is just like child's play compared to what has been in existence. For instance, when listening to music from the 90s, you'll see that all the components that make up the song sync and you'd also notice that it often has stronger melodies.

How about the features? Prominently classic and organic too because music artists of the 90s focuses on real instruments. They also focus on a diversified range of songwriting some of which incorporates a fine blend of rock, blues and sometimes goth.

Unlike recent songs, we often experience classic hip hop with 90s music. But now, we are just stuck with heavily produced beats and electronic sounds with lyrics that oftentimes do not make sense. That's why I earlier mentioned that music these days seems like one is listening to noise and instruments because really, the vibe is lost to time. Well, not lost totally because we still have modern artist like Sia, Billie Eish, Katty perry, Adam lavein and the likes pulling their weight with good music which I also enjoy.

My fascination with the songs of 90s is the fact that they have got better lyrics. I wouldn't stay that the songs of these days do not have good lyrics but of course we cannot compare with the 90s.
