hehe, this is usually common in Yoruba land, I do see people beating the drum... one thing I like about the drum is how people use to dance to to the beat...
this is a nice one... well done.

Lol it vibe o my dear when yo play from the heart you will feel the vibes

you're right, I could testify to that... because anytime they bring to the church for chorus songs, everyone will dance like they have never danced before... The drum performs wonder... hehehe

It my very most pleasure boss

Yeah the talking drum do talk... It's a major music instrument in the yoruba land. It has its natural sweetness when you hear the sound, you would not know when you'll start dancing to the beat, 😃😃 It's very pleasant.

Beautiful performance. Keep it up bro.

I love your creativity and robust knowledge of your instrument. It speaks a lot 👌

I got to know about the fact that the drum talks few years back. I was also interested in learning the talking drum. Although one big disadvantage is that it'll be better if you know how to speak Yoruba and if you know some Yoruba proverbs. Because most of the things played are proverbs, wise sayings or praise statements.

As I no sabi am... lol

The same thing with the Igbo Oja *(that thing like whistle or flute that they blow when the King is passing) it speaks also...
