Listening to secular music in itself is not a sin and may not be considered as one, but the fear lies in allowing the knowledge of it to have access to our spiritual life which in turn could affect our devotion to religious value. I believe balance is essential in everything we do, when a balance is kept between spirituality and our secular culture, then one will be conscious of overstepping the boundaries.

It really shouldn't be considered as a sin though,some people considered it as one.
