Reflecting On Why I Will Prefer Recent Songs Over Music From The 90’s

Honestly speaking, I still listen to so many old songs that I find very interesting. I don’t think there should be an argument between the old songs and recent songs because the style is different and artists follow trends of vibes, not the Good writings.

There is one major thing I respect about songs of the '90s is that it is mostly based on storytelling or talking about something that happened in a vibing manner trust me these are very good writers the way they combine these words and how they follow the beat makes it look lovely.

I also love how this song of the 90’s encouraged instrumental shows and music. This was like the original music, there was nothing like an organic sound, if any mistake was made it would be very obvious which means most instrumentation that was made and the instrumentalists playing the instrument were very good at it before they went to any shows. When I wanted to learn the keyboard (electric piano), we were encouraged to listen to more of Vladimir Horowitz, Lang Lang, and several other short clips on YouTube and also download some online, these are some of the greatest players of all time.

There are several reasons why I will choose Modern songs over songs from the ’90s even though the songs of the ’90s had a positive impact on society more than this recent one, it is the Vibes I love the most about these modern songs, I have gone to classical Shows and also Clubs and I will continue to choose Clubs over classical shows. Life is hard on its own in this generation, we just have to be motivated to be active and alive. I enjoyed my time during this Clssical show, a lot of instruments were played and so many rhythms from over 90’s were scripted down and played so well without any mistakes, they tried to be honest.

In this generation personally, for me, i love Trap/Rap so much even though most times they talk woman or Money but the Beats, the vibes is really overwhelming, i really enjoy listening to it and it has really had an impact on me especially the way i thing and talk. Travis scott is my favorite of them all, if only travis scott could come to migeria I don’t mind risking anything to go for his shows. Not only Trap/Rap Musics i also love Afro beats, especially when the afto beats talks about a lady or love storys, like Joeboy, Fireboy, Rema and several others, music is really deeper than we understand it to be. Music is Life, it best define us and we learn a lot from it same also with movies too.

I also love white ladies songs, “lol”, thats how i describe it because i am black, artist like, Taylor swift, bellie eillish, adele, lana del rey, and several others, their music hits different.

I feel maybe because i am still yet to listen to more of aongs of thr 90’s before i can conlcude but trust me, if i was asked again i will still prefer this recent one over songs of the 90’s
