I would say I have been falling in love with the topics that ha s been share in the Afri-Inleo initiative of recent and this is probably because it talks about music and this time the new topic for the initiative this week, is titled how does evolution affect African style of music. But first, before we go too far, what do we mean by evolution? Evolution in the new, a simple term, is the process by which changes happens to something, or it develops into something new. Evolution has been happening in the world's most especially to music, and it has been really affecting music and the style of music in some special ways which is very glaring to everyone.
This has really affected African style of music in so many ways but will be sharing a few of them with us. From the start, we know music to be something so diverse and it can be switched to any form or dimension, which makes it easier. Music normally was done in the olden day with the olden days style and when we have upgraded to a modern style of song, it has also migrated. Back then when you go to a music studio to make music, they give you some minutes or hours to produce a song, but then you tend to spend much time doing a track which is due to the level of facilities available.
But come to think of it in this current time which we have you will see that when you go to a music studio to create any song it is very fast compared to those in building this and the time which you use to record music is very less compared to the olden days. Evolution of music has helped in that aspect and has made music equipments used in the studio more readily available and at a more easy way to use.
Now you can record a song and get it on different social media and on flash drive or on the Internet. But back in the days, when music are done, you only get it on cassette or disc which are the most prominent ways to get this music to people. Evolution of Africa style of music has now advanced in the sense that when you go to an event, in the past days, you see people play the bass drum and others during ceremonies but come to think of it, most of all these drums have been modernized due to evolution and it has made African style of music more advanced.
Evolution has also effected African style of music in such a way that music is no longer hard for people to listen to again and when you want to listen to any African music you can search for it on any app and you will get it so easily because evolution has helped it.
African music now has more clarity and point since it has happened and African valued their program so much. Evolution of music has helped also in the aspect of listening to music, where you stream songs instead of downloading it. And it also helps that way.
