Even if this is a music post, maybe try to elaborate a bit more on the written part, why you chose a song or what is your personal connection with it, your opinion, and your thoughts. It is always nicer to read that than the lyrics of a song.

Frank Edwards is a wonderful composer. I haven't heard this song before, thank you for sharing it with us. I watched the main song from the YouTube link you sent and it was so emotional and inspiring. It's a worship song that can lift your spirit and mood high.
You did so well with your performance and delivery.
Just ensure to write a little more about what the song means to you, what inspired you or why you chose the song.
What inspired me is that, the song is a worship song and it talked more about Jesus being our lifter
