I was intrigued by the banana bread recipe... but in a different way you would think: I hate banana bread but I love baking πππ Yeah a bit of a contradiction. To explain, I have a bad case of chronic migraines and eating sugar loaded (aka my baking) things is not so goo for the blood sugar level which then can aggravate the migraine, so I should eat less sugary things... you guessed it: many write banana bread could be a healthier alternative than making for example German apple cake with frosting. Sadly all the βhealthyβ recipes taste exactly like this, healthy π€’
So, I am subconsciously on a quest to find less sugary cakes and cookies which simultaneously are yummy and good for my head. But I fear your banana bread is a too tasty recipe (means a proper too big amount of sugar)
