I guess I'll have to wear raincoat if I am in you place haha... We do not do the splashing of water in our place but swimming in the sea is a tradition. Glad there are rescuers stationed for people's safety.

This kind of practice annually is all over Negros. We call it "Biray". You can't escape really if you go to places near the sea.
