Work¿¡

An activity that involves the exertion of mental, physical and sometimes emotional efforts to get results. Working has a nice flow to it, work can be a means to expend energy, get your mind off worries, this happens because while working you focus your energies and efforts to suceeding or completing what you are currently working on, this is one of the reasons why therapists encourage their clients to get active to an extent when the blue days come along.

Have you ever felt that mischievous delight from expending yourself totally at work, that thrill that you spent your efforts on a goal and accomplished it, it feels you with that exhausted satisfaction that fills you with an extra shoulder of success 😂😂?

Working in a fast moving atmosphere, overworking and exerting oneself to the limit is subtlely preached and somewhat appreciated, we have deadlines, (I know that 🙄), but it would be beneficial to all if we watch the tone we preach when it comes to work. Work should be a means to express your creativity and energy, but not overworking. A friend of mine would always tell me that "the effects will not seen now but later". That sobers me up, because it makes me realise that I may expend myself now to get deadlines ticked but the stress might be accumulated later on.

Please, I am not preaching a culture of laziness or laxity, however, I preach, BALANCE.

I would love to hear your perception about work? What is ideal for you or to you.

You should listen to your friend more often, there needs to be a balance to life, too much weight on one end can sink the whole ship!!........
