RE: Well-started mornings

in WorkLife2 years ago

I think that's a perfect way to start the morning. My morning also starts with coffee and I don't function too well without it to be honest. Then I often have a morning phone call and get started with my day. How your morning goes tends to affect everything thereafter so starting out well is always a good plan.

I agree, what happens early sets the tone. I suppose it's important to know how to make an adjustment were it to start poorly as wasting the entire day due to something that happened earlier isn't always so good. It's not always that easy though right?

It's not always easy but it can be done if you set your mind to it and try to shake off or resolve whatever happened. Sometimes it can be damn near impossible I know, but then there's always tomorrow to reset and start again fresh.

but then there's always tomorrow

Until there isn't.
