RE: WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO STAY AS A PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHER IN THE PHILIPPINES? || A WORLD TEACHERS' DAY REFLECTION.👩‍🏫

in WorkLife2 years ago

My cousins are all teachers is profession, I am the only one who looks for other side yet I also want to be professor someday in my field and yeah not only DepEd but also CHED have the same issues especially Public University too huhu, also the idea that newbie shall treated as low laying, that's absurd.

I still hoping that education sector of the PH could manage and enhance more the projects and paying scheme...

My Teacher My Hero, still for even those struggle you still on hands giving hopes to children...

Thanks @eunoia101, DepEdPH's system may not be good this time compared to another country, nonetheless, there are still good things on it. As for me, I don't focus much on the salary (or else I get disappointed hehe.) rather I focus on the beauty of teaching and sharing knowledge (at the same time hoping for the increase and just compensation.😅🙏)

Speaking of knowledge, I think you are more than qualified to teach and share your specialty. It's amazing how someone like you has tons of knowledge about "The Mushroom" thing.☺️. It's very helpful I guess to the agricultural sector.

Thanks, Yonong for dropping by.☺
