I know someone who always tells budding entrepreneurs, "When asked if you can do something for a potential client, the answer is always 'yes.'"

You did it one way, by learning how, which got you more work in the same area.

But if it's not an area you are comfortable with, you can always get someone to help you or you can get someone to do it for you (outsourcing).

Which way is better? All of them!
