An experience is never a failure because it always proves something.
Thomas Alva Edison.
Every school year is as unique as there are people in this world. All teachers give their best to lead their children in the best way, not only academically but also emotionally.
This makes the teacher to be multifaceted, he/she will be in charge of the administrative part (this part almost nobody notices) designing plans, evaluation schedules, generating content and topics of interest; among other activities, he/she also corrects evaluations, elaborates records, minutes, summaries, but he/she is also the soul and essence of a school. He welcomes his students with affection and with the most beautiful feelings because they are already part of him; giving beyond what he knows, giving what he is. In many occasions he becomes a psychologist, trying to give positive solutions to situations that most probably he has not been trained to solve or cope with.
And when he considers that he has been able to guide his group, fulfilling most of the competencies he set out at the beginning and is more attached than anything else to each of his students, accepting their differences, it is because he begins the farewell to a school year.

That's what happened to me this year, which I am ending today, even administratively. To say it was easy would be a lie. It was full of difficulties, aspects to improve, it demanded to reinvent itself in many ways with different strategies that were necessary to move forward. And as it happens in everyday life, there are many people who bet against you, hoping you would fail, but when you look for the best way to do things and do them from the heart, you will not lack the other side: people who will give you their unconditional support.
Part of my group.
As I always tell my kids, I don't so much want academic success (which is a small part of it) for you as I want the success that real life brings you.

Hi. You are right when we are getting used to our group of students is when the year is ending and we are left with that emptiness if we have to change groups.
Luckily next year I am staying with the same one.
This year was difficult in every way, let's hope for better things to come.
Hello @ in my school there is no repetition of groups. I think that is positive to a certain extent. It allows students to adapt and know how to cope with different types of temperaments. They get our weak side.
I wish from my heart that this school year will be much better for you 🙏.
