For several years before I got the courage to apply call centers, I doubted myself if I could handle the BPO industry, but by the grace of God, I was able to make it one year of service.
A few weeks ago, I started training for my new job because I was reprofiled from my previous account due to ramping down. To be honest, as one of those who re-profiled, it's a bit depressing because it makes me think something is lacking in my performance but they explain to me well that I don’t have to worry there’s nothing wrong with me but it just that they needs to cut down a bit due some accounts struggles.
Luckily for my company, even though I waited a month and a few days for the process of transferring to my new account, I continued to receive my basic pay which helped me in my daily life while waiting. Despite that time flying so fast I didn't regret it because I spent it well with my children back home.
Now when I returned to work, I made a lot of adjustments, firstly at work and secondly with the new people I work with. So far the work is going well and we finished the training just on Friday. Fortunately, I was happy because I was the Top performer in the class and was appointed class valedictorian in our batch.
Within a few weeks, we finished our training. I am very thankful to our dedicated trainer and team leads who poured everything possible to prepare us for our real fight in this job.
During our graduation there was a quick program and certificate distribution and at the end, before we went back to work we had a potluck to share at lunchtime.
By the way this is all of us in the team. Our weapon learned to serve our clients is ready. I hope that I and all my co-workers will always be given good health so that we can do our work good and right in the office for the progress of our company.

Well done on your new role! There will always be a big demand in the BPO industry, once you have the experience you shouldn't have any problem in getting work anywhere.
