Right. So that is saying: If we quoted for everything we would lose business.
Then do not complain when you lose profit on the job because you didn't know what it would cost!
You cannot have both.
!INDEED I found it was all about the level profit expected if they did not get it they reckon they were losing money. I think they were still making money just not as much as they were aiming for.
