Hello, dear friends of this beautiful community I hope everyone is well and have a beautiful week full of positive things, and full of lots of energy, this time in the residential complex is doing some repairs in the lobby access walls both painting and repairs pending the same.
In the photos you can see how the scarification of the area is made and how the repair of the joint cracks in wall-slab union, second floor Lobby, as construction of retraction joint, having all this already repaired we only have to place the graffiti again and the final finish that would be the painting of the same color that is currently, these repairs were made in about three days working without any rest, but we achieved what we wanted.
I hope soon to show you the final finish in the process of graffiti and paint so you can see the visual change and will not be noticeable that before had a repair, see you in the next post.
Hola, queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad espero que todos se encuentren bien y tengan una hermosa semana llena de cosas positivas, y lleno de muchas energías, en esta oportunidad en el conjunto residencial se está haciendo unas reparaciones en el lobby de acceso en las paredes tanto de pintura como de reparaciones pendientes de la misma. En las fotos se puede observar como se realizan la escarificación de dicha área y como se realiza la reparación de la junta de grietas en unión pared-losa, primer piso Lobby, como construcción de junta de retracción, al tener todo esto ya reparado solo nos queda colocar le de nuevo el grafiado y el acabado final que sería la pintura del mismo color que está en la actualidad, estas reparaciones se realizaron aproximadamente en tres días trabajando sin descanso alguno, pero se logró lo que se quería. Espero pronto poder mostrarles el acabado final en el proceso de grafiado y Pintura para que puedan observar el cambio visual y que ni será notorio que antes tuvo una reparación, nos vemos en el próximo post.
