Friends of this beautiful community I hope you are all well and are full of good health, I continue working as much as possible without stopping trying and I know I will achieve all the goals I set for this new year, at this time as I had told you in previous post I went to visit a residence under construction where I could see many things part of it its structure which is the main thing in a construction.
To my surprise this was almost ready in gray work was very little structure that could be seen, but the little that was observed could be seen fairly well, although what I missed seeing something that we call crosses of St. Andrew that is what protects the structure from any twisting by earthquake earthquake or any natural phenomenon, I hope if they have placed at the time and is internally within its walls.
I was able to observe what was the structure of a well worked stairway, although it was not completely welded, but dotted it was resistant because I had to go down one of them and it almost gave me something when I saw that it was dotted, the good thing is that it did not weigh so much and gave me a chance to go down normally.
I also managed to see the pergola style structure of the terrace was somewhat simple, but it looked well distributed, what did not convince me much was the roof of a staircase that goes right into a three-story apartment roof structures of the same straps was not placed correctly something I did not understand, but well thank God I was not a resident at the time that began the structural part because, if not I could get into trouble if something happens.

Amigos de esta hermosa comunidad espero que todos se encuentren bien y estén llenos de mucha salud, yo sigo trabajando lo más que puede sin parar intentando y sé que lo voy a lograr todas las metas que me propuse para este año nuevo, en estos momentos como ya le había comentado en post anteriores fui de visita a una residencia en construcción donde pude observar muchas cosas parte de ella su estructura que es algo principal en una construcción.
Para mi sorpresa esta ya estaba casi lista en obra gris era muy poca la estructura que se podía observar, pero la poca que se observaba se podía ver medianamente bien, aunque lo que me extraño ver algo que le decimos cruces de san Andrés que es la que protege la estructura de alguna torsión por sismo terremoto o cualquier fenómeno natural, espero que si las hayan colocado en su momento y esté internamente entre sus paredes.
Pude observar lo que fue la estructura de una escalera bien trabajada aunque no estaba soldada completamente, sino que punteada estaba resistente debido a que me tocó bajar por una de ellas y casi que me daba algo cuando vi que estaba punteada lo bueno es que no peso tanto y me dio chance de bajar con normalidad.
También logré ver la estructura estilo pérgola de la terraza era algo simple, per se veía distribuida bien, lo que sí no me convenció mucho fue el techo de una escalera que va justo hacia un apartamento de tres pisos el techo las estructuras del mismo las correas no estaba colocada correctamente algo que no entendí, pero bueno gracias a Dios no estuve como residente al momento de que se comenzó la parte estructural porque, sino me pudiera meter en un problema si pasa algo.
Espero estar equivocada con todo lo que le he comentado y que no pase nada y que todos los que lleguen a vivir en esta residencia vivan tranquilos y por muchos años.
