Friends of this beautiful community, I hope everyone is well and have a beautiful week full of hard work and health. We continue with the maintenance and painting work.
This time I want to share with you about the repique that is being done to some of the walls of the building specifically the dining area, and offices that over time have been deteriorating due to lack of maintenance of graffiti, so we began to perform the repique, resaneo of the same and the corresponding graffiti, to have a good finish and then put the corresponding paint to the area.
These places near the beach suffer a lot of deterioration due to the saltpeter that they receive directly and if they are not washed or any maintenance is not done that saltpeter begins to do its thing, hopefully these works that are being done make your walls are better protected for a few years, I hope to continue sharing with you part of my work ❤️ and what is my day to day between works and reports where sometimes I say I can not anymore, but I remember I have a family to support and I pass ha, ha, ha, ha .... Well, I think I am not the only one who thinks the same way in moments of stress, so let's keep on fighting to get ahead.

Amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, espero que todos se encuentren bien y tengan una hermosa semana llena de mucho trabajo y salud. Nosotros seguimos con los trabajos de mantenimiento y pintura.
En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes sobre el repique que se le está realizando a algunas de las paredes del edificio específicamente el área de comedor, y oficinas que con el tiempo han estado deteriorando sé por la falta de mantenimiento correspondiente de grafiado, por lo que se comenzó a realizar el repique, resaneo de las mismas y el grafiado correspondiente, para eso tener un buen acabado y seguidamente colocar le la pintura correspondiente al área.
Estos lugares cercas de la playa sufren mucho deterioro debido al salitre que reciben directamente y si no son lavadas ni se le realiza ningún mantenimiento ese salitre comienza hacer de las suyas, esperemos que estos trabajos que se están realizando hagan que sus paredes queden mejor protegidas por unos cuantos años, espero seguir compartiendo con ustedes parte de mi trabajo ❤️ y lo que es mi día a día entre obras e informes donde a veces digo ya no puedo más, pero recuerdo que tengo una familia que mantener y se me pasa ja, ja, ja... bueno creo que no soy la única que en sus momentos de estrés piensa igual, así que bueno a seguir luchando para salir adelante.
