Greetings,
RNA or "Ribonucleic Acid" is one of the components responsible for the coding, decoding and construction of organic beings like us on the molecular level. One type of RNA is "mRNA" or "Messenger Ribonucleic Acid", who's main function is relaying coded information from the DNA in the nucleus of a cell, to the Ribosomes in the Cytoplasm where protein is synthesised.
In this video I talk about DNA, RNA and mRNA in simple terms, with a simplistic analogy relating it to a 3D Printer. As such I demonstrate how a virus may seek to highjack the process to reproduce itself and how our immune system may fight against such an infection.
I talk about the Pfizer mRNA vaccine and how it works, leveraging our bodies' natural capacity to synthesise protein to produce faux virus parts for the body to form a defence against.
I also discuss three worries that I have with the technique.

Thank you for doing this ... the more this is accessible to people to understand, the better decisions people can make.
I would be deeply opposed to making it mandatory -- there are REAL concerns and people have the right to make their own decisions. I say again: it means a lot to about one-seventh of the world for YOU to have broken it down ... because of the things that happened to our shared African ancestors, many in the Diaspora have a unique set of concerns.
Yes indeed. Vaccine testing has had a pretty terrible past in that respect. There are parts of West Africa now that companies wouldn't dare approach with vaccines because of history. Northern Nigeria is one. The last people that tried got killed by anti-vax militia because of some of those things you alluded to. Also after the Tuskegee Syphilis thing, one can totally understand why some people are sceptical of being injected with stuff.
My pleasure. You know, there are some legitimate worries with the vaccine - it's new/cutting edge technology and it deals with genetic engineering.. so of course we should be concerned about side effects. There are issues with control and the fact that our genes are multipurpose. So the same gene that's coding for one thing may also be affecting something else that we don't yet know about. That's a legit worry. Testing hasn't happened for long enough to catch any longer term stuff.. but I suppose we don't have the time.
The Bill Gates microchips stuff just takes away from actual legit concerns. For instance, I don't think young children should be given the vaccine. People over 45, maybe. Also, any scientist with the correct kit can take a look at the vaccine and see what's in it, even in "developing" countries. It's not that much of a mystery :)
Thanks for some rationality in these crazy times. There is lots of disinformation being spread around, including by some of the crypto community. That may be part of the campaign to sow distrust in established systems. They thrive on chaos. I am not an expert on vaccines, but I do listen to a few science podcasts. Generally the scientists know what they are doing, but they are pushing the boundaries of science. There are risks with every drug, but we are not going to see another thalidomide as lessons were learned from that. There have been reports of allergic reactions to COVID vaccine, but there is always a chance of those. Vaccines can contain things like egg that some may react to.
I had someone recently saying I should watch some 'documentary' on Bill Gates. It was such a load of rubbish. I was also pointed at a pandemic conspiracy site that was just laughable. But it seems there is an appetite for such rubbish. People like having 'secret knowledge' or to not be part of the consensus. We need good people to counter this.
Have you noticed how the 5G thing has suddenly vanished? People were 100% sure that was the issue when COVID first arrived. People were burning down masts in the UK because they thought China was installing them as mind control tools. Now, not so much :)
It always starts with a slight element of truth, blown way out of proportion. There are some microwave frequencies for example that can cause headaches and flu-like symptoms if focused and fired directly at you. There are government level weapons that were fabricated and used in places like Russia and Cuba that worked like that, including quite recently -->. See this
.. but what would be the point of a government letting in a hostile country to attack it's own citizens en-masse? Makes no sense. Unless, of course, the government is part of a "flesh eating, lizard cult of blood drinkers that are controlled by Lucifer". Then it makes sense.
If you start off thinking the government is trying to kill you then anything sounds plausible. They could do it much more effectively by other means, e.g. the water supply. Things like 5G or 'chemtrails' would affect everyone, including the 'elite' or whoever is supposed to be behind it. Meanwhile we have a government who are trying to destroy all sorts of things such as the NHS and employment rights in plain sight. Wouldn't surprise me if they seed the conspiracies as a distraction, but then that is a conspiracy theory in itself :)
This was automated vote. I do my manual curation and voting strictly on Leofinance tribe, as I see it most promising and profitable.

Good info. I hear one little glitch is that those folks with severe food allergies are being told not to get the vaccine. Apparently those people were not admitted into the pre-release study. However, possibly the non-mRNA vaccines being developed by Johnson and Johnson and Merck, may prove to be less of an issue.
Someone told me that there's some egg protein used in the agent holding the mRNA, which would make sense for allergies. Ironically, allergies are an immune response of sorts. People with topical eczema have also been excluded I believe.
really good abstract thanks mate
