I am not saying that we should not do but it's not mandatory to follow the same all the time because this way people start expecting more and more and which is not a good thing.

Why are you delegating to project.hope who've been attempting to abuse Hive in a long time now through diverse schemes? Also voting for people who aren't socially active on Hive and attempting to build genuine connections to bring value to the platform is frowned upon. You are voting a lot on https://peakd.com/@mukund123/posts who is generating very low effort content and hasn't commented in over a month. Don't you agree that that's not really bringing any value to Hive?
