
Deadlifted 405lb on the HEX bar and I'm pretty much a month out from peak leg power. Two weeks out from where I want to get on Bench. Over the next month I will cut 10lb and then in 2 months I plan to be down 15lb. It is always a hard thing to do to maintain power while leaning up.
